2. Use of Service

Atelio provides AI-powered product image generation services. You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to circumvent usage quotas or security measures
• Not use the Service to generate prohibited content (illegal, harmful, or explicit material)

3. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses Google Gemini AI to generate product images. You acknowledge that:

• Generated images are created by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or artifacts
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before commercial use
• Generated images should not replace human review for critical applications
• The Service does not guarantee specific results or quality levels

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded images. For generated images:

• You may use generated images for commercial purposes
• Generated images are provided on an "as-is" basis
• You are responsible for ensuring generated images do not infringe third-party rights
• We reserve the right to use anonymized usage data to improve the Service

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Uploaded images are automatically deleted after 7 days
• Generated images are automatically deleted after 30 days
• We strip EXIF metadata from uploads for privacy
• Job metadata is retained for service operation and billing

6. Quotas and Billing

Free tier users receive 3 free image generations. Additional usage requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing and quotas with reasonable notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atelio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
